En Santa Catarina de Minas, Oaxaca, cinco generaciones se han dado la tarea de mantener viva la elaboración más pura y artesanal del mezcal. Con cada cosecha convierten los espadines, largos y tobaziches en Cielo Verde, un mezcal ancestral que habla de los sabores y notas de su tierra, que concentra su historia y comparte el amor por la tradición.
Así, la familia de Támara López Cruz e Ignacio González Velázquez <<Tizoc>>, mantiene viva la tradición que comparte en cada botella como Cielo Verde, el mismo que protege a los agaves y maestros mezcaleros de Santa Catarina de Minas.
El kit de mezcal cielo verde está compuesto por un frasco de sal artesanal de gusano de maguey y de chapulín, chocolate de Oaxaca y 2 jícaras de tecomate, elaboradas a mano de la forma más tradicional. El ícono del de este mezcal celebra el nacimiento del cielo verde a través de un agave el cual lo abraza y lo protege.
In Santa Catarina de Minas, Oaxaca, five generations have given themselves the task of keeping alive the most pure and traditional elaboration of mezcal. With each harvest, they transform the espadines, largos and tobaziches into Cielo Verde, an ancestral mezcal that speaks of the flavors and notes of their land, which concentrates its history and shares the love for tradition.
Thus, the family of Támara López Cruz and Ignacio González Velázquez << Tizoc >>, keeps alive the tradition that they share in each bottle as Cielo Verde, the same one that protects the agaves and “ Maestros Mezcaleros ” of Santa Catarina de Minas. The Mezcal Cielo Verde kit is made up of a bottle of handmade maguey worm and chapulín salt , chocolate from Oaxaca and 2 jicaras of tecomate, hand made in the most traditional way. The icon of this mezcal celebrates the birth of the green sky through an agave which embraces and protects it.
